Pathways Program

Introduction to Academies is the focus for the eighth grade. Each marking period is 10 weeks long and will be devoted to one of the high school academics. The marking periods will cover Applied Science, Law/Public Safety, Business/Technology, and Human Development.

Marking Period 1: Applied Sciences. Topics can include job responsibilities, job requirements salary, training required, guest speakers, field trips, and course offerings at High School.

Marking Period 2: Law/Public Safety: Topics can include job responsibilities, job requirements salary, training, guest speakers, field trips, and course offering at High School.

Marking Period 3; Topics can include job responsibilities, job requirements salary, training, guest speakers, field trips, course offering at High School.

Marking Period 4: Topics can include job responsibilities, job requirements salary, training, guest speakers, field trips, course offering at High School.
